Our client, an innovative provider of social care services in the South of England is looking for an interim Learning and Development Lead to help enable them to become an employer of choice in the area.

The organisation is a well-funded startup which has been created through the transfer of a large number of diverse social care services. This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional to help set up a function from scratch in a fast-paced environment. We are particularly interested in speaking with people who have experience in health and social care, giving them knowledge of the associated regulatory requirements. Some exposure to Organisational Development would also be beneficial.

The successful candidate will play a key role through the evaluation of risk and the calculation of impact and reward. This is a strategic role to help ensure that the organisation has a sustainable and exciting future, through the development of innovative, well-run financially viable services.

The role is being offered as a long-term contract, but we are also interested in discussing it with people who are looking for permanent opportunities. This is a hybrid role, it is however expected that most of the work will be home based.
