Interim Chief Operating Officer - Sense

I am keen to speak with people who have led social care operations at scale on a national basis. Joining at a time of change, you will support and coach your teams and help them to work towards the goals set out in the strategic plan. You will have a real passion for co-production, an unswerving focus on the power of lived experience.
The role will be offered on a fixed term contract, likely to be for 4-6 months. We are flexible on location, but you will need to able to attend regular meetings at the centre in Selly Oak (Birmingham) and some national travel will be required as part of the role.
